Cheaper isn’t always better. You have quick response times for questions. The monitoring “portal” is good for quick and concise access to any information that may be needed. You have also never made us feel that we “should” upgrade any licenses just to make more money. You have only sold us what we need and when we removed some unnecessary license, it was not a problem.

There are certain things that we would never think to look at or understand that you can help us with. With technology today, there are constant threats that IT professionals need to be involved in to help our type of business. For us, not needing to replace a server every few years, CALs, Server Updates, Backups, A/V software and all the overhead involved is money well spent. We also don’t need to worry if corporate goes offline. Email will still be available in the cloud.
